This role supports the day-to-day financial operations of the business and works closely withcustomers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial records. This position is ideal forsomeone early in their accounting career who wants to gain broad exposure to accounting operationswhile building a strong foundation for future growth into senior accounting roles.Key ResponsbiltiiesProcess and apply customer payments and support accounts receivable activitiesAssist with vendor invoice processing and payment runs for accounts payableRespond to customer and vendor questions regarding statements, invoices, and paymentsMaintain vendor tax documentation and assist with annual 1099 preparationSupport tax filings, audits, and other compliance-related requests Manage incoming mail and help organize financial documentationMaintain organized accounting records and assist with month-end close activitiesProvide general accounting support to the finance and accounting teamQualifications1-3 years of related accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in AccountingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
