Member Engagement Advisor (MEA)

Description This role is designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives on field-based interaction and ensuring high standards of care and compliance for our members. As a Member Engagement Advisor, you will serve as the primary face-to-face link between our organization and our members, ensuring that plans of care are followed and documentation is pristine. Position Overview Status: Independent Contractor (1099) Schedule: Flexible "Flex" Schedule (All work must be performed Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Reporting To: Satellite Office Administrator and Member Engagement Administrator Key Responsibilities To ensure the highest quality of care and regulatory compliance, the Member Engagement Advisor is responsible for the following: Member Visitation & Oversight Conduct monthly supervisory visits for all Delegated members to ensure plan adherence. Perform quarterly face-to-face visits for Directed members to ensure plan adherence. Administrative Documentation Facilitate the review and obtaining of required signatures on all relevant member paperwork. Ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and within established deadlines. Communication Act as a liaison between the member and the Satellite or Corporate Office. Promptly report any changes in member status, health, or environment to the Office Administrator and Member Engagement Administrator. Requirements Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse populations. Organization: Exceptional time management skills to handle a flexible, field-based schedule. Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to travel to various member locations. Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision while meeting all compliance benchmarks. Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic digital documentation and electronic signature platforms. Physical Demands & Work Environment This position requires frequent travel to private residences.
