Payroll SupportFinance / Accounting - AnalystPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesThe Payroll Specialist will be responsible for working with the existing payroll team to perform all payroll related activities for the North American Shared Service group. This will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:Process full cycle end-to-end payrollsEmployee inquiry resolution, including assisting the team with Case Management emails & phone calls as neededBe responsible for timely employee master-file changesPerform non-regular earnings paymentsPerform periodic earnings and deduction auditsDistribution of mail, payroll checks and various reportsAssist with garnishment copies and reviewsBe responsible for inquiry resolution and follow upAssist the team in identifying areas where enhancements can be made to streamline existing workflowsFulfill responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with the Company values and behaviorsA successful Payroll Specialist will be able to independently handle the day-to-day payroll processing requirements while working with the Payroll Managers to help drive process improvements.Job RequirementsCandidates for this position must have 2 plus years of experience processing payroll for multinational public employers. Candidates should be self-starters, reliable with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize their workload to ensure timely issue resolution.
