The individual in this position will travel to various project sites to inspect, maintain, and repair heavy machinery and vehicles used for environmental seeding and site management projects. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing routine equipment maintenance, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company equipment in the field.QualificationsProficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Vehicle MaintenanceExperience with Equipment Repair, Troubleshooting, and diagnosticsFamiliarity with Heavy Equipment, including safe handling and operationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectivelyPrevious experience in a similar mechanic role, preferably in the environmental, agricultural, or construction industryAbility to work independently and as part of a team on-siteValid driver's license; CDL is a plus
