We have an immediate opening for Program Manager_US to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are committed, flexible, and with the right attitude to be part of an innovative organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
Performs a variety of complex tasks.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
Effective co-ordination of the programme’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues
Coordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits.
Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme.
Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action
Defining the programme’s governance arrangements
Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme – focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes, and corporate, technical, and specialist standards
Managing the programme’s budget on behalf of the SRO, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the programme progresses
Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams
Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time, and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements
Skills
Good knowledge and handling of project and programme management methodology and techniques
A good understanding of the wider objectives of the programme
The ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in programme management
Strong leadership and management skills
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.

Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programme
The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
Good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree
Preference for Master’s Degree in Project Management
Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials will be added advantage
Min 10+ years of experience in a similar field.
