You will be part of a bigger team with big goals and we are looking for the right individual to help us reach them!Primary Job ResponsibilitiesAssist General Manager in staff by recruiting, scheduling, orienting, and training employeesHelp create and maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environmentAssist the General Manager follow up on staff by in communicating job expectationsPlanning, monitoring, and appraising job resultsCoaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standardsAct as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.Operate all departments while on shift.Maintain an organized work environment.Controls quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standardsAnalyzing and resolving quality and customer service problemsHelp the park build and deepen community rootsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Additional ResponsibilitiesCash ManagementProvides or performs other services as needed or required by General ManagerResponsible for the daily operation of the park while on shiftEnforces all guidelines and rules set in place by upper managementTimely communication with upper management and ownersCONTROLS OVER WORK Works under direct supervision of General Manager who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.We offer a flexible schedule and growth opportunities for the right candidate.
