Benefits HR Enrollment Specialist Location Dallas, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $25.00/hour • Monday–Friday | 35 hours per week Role Impact This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless enrollment experience. The Benefits HR Enrollment Specialist drives operational excellence through precise data management, proactive benefits coordination, and responsive employee support. Success is measured by accurate enrollments, compliant leave and retirement plan administration, and timely reporting that supports informed HR decisions. Key Responsibilities • Lead annual benefits enrollment and serve as liaison with benefits brokers for updates and plan clarifications • Facilitate new hire benefits orientation, manage COBRA changes, and process coverage updates • Reconcile monthly benefits billing and manage invoice processing for accuracy and compliance • Administer 401(k) retirement plan, including compliance notices and annual audit coordination • Oversee FMLA and other leave programs, ensuring proper documentation and manager communication • Provide first-level employee relations support, including coaching and documentation • Conduct exit interviews, process separations, manage company property returns, and handle unemployment claims • Generate ad hoc HR reports (turnover, exit data, survey results) and support employee engagement and wellness initiatives Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years of HR experience with direct responsibility for benefits enrollment and administration • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry, reporting, and benefits reconciliation • Core Tools & Systems • HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) • 401(k) and retirement plan administration platforms • COBRA and benefits administration systems • Microsoft Excel and reporting tools • Employee survey and engagement platforms Preferred Skills • Experience supporting employee engagement programs and leadership training initiatives • Working knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, and benefits compliance regulations • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
