If you can confidently run residential change-outs, lead a crew, and complete clean installs with minimal supervision, we want to talk to you.This is a long-term opportunity with a company that values experienced installers, provides consistent year-round work, and rewards performance.Experienced residential installers only — this is not an entry-level position.Benefits:$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified experienced lead installersIndustry-leading pay: Hourly + Spiffs (Annual Earning Potential of up to $100,000+)Consistent year-round residential install workOvertime availableNewer equipment, quality install materials, and organized supportPaid holidays and paid vacationHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPositive team culture with growth opportunitiesCompany that values quality over rushed installsKey Responsibilities:Install heating and air conditioning equipment and other products per company requirements and manufacturer specifications.Provide project leadership with less experienced HVAC install apprentices to complete projects.Ensure safety for self and team membersWorks under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in the customer's home.Completes all documentation accurately and on time.Provide exceptional customer service, interact with homeowners while completing installations; ensure customers understand how to utilize their newly installed systems.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum of 2+ years as a lead in Residential HVAC installationProficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systemsDemonstrated ability to build and transition duct work, install indoor/outdoor unitsAbility to lead and coach apprentices on projectsExceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundingsEPA 2 Certification Required Universal is Preferred. Nate Certified is a Bonus.Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving recordWork Environment:Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
