Habilitation Aide - ICF CommonsClearbrook has four Intermediate Care Facilities (aka ICF's), each housing multiple clients. Goals are developed for each client based on their needs. Programming is assigned, usually pertaining to areas such as self-care, academics, community living & integration, as well as various workshop skills.
