Duties:
Strong component of the company’s growth by selling products and services of a large job search engine to customers across the US.
You get to know potential customers in phone calls, emails and via social media and build long-term relationships.
Presenting the products of our partner company by telephone, webinar and live on site at the customer’s premises.
Work closely with our consulting team and support the customer throughout their entire collaboration with us.
You will help build up a sales structure – this means that initiative and creative ideas are required.
Provide suggestions and improvements to implemented at lightning speed at Curato, with short decision-making processes.
Your background:
Relevant experience in consulting-oriented sales with a focus on up- & cross-selling
You are interested in constantly acquiring new knowledge in the field of recruiting and passing it on to our customers.
You always act in a customer-oriented manner and are transparent in your communication
You are reliable and work in a structured manner
Experience in the use of online CRM systems.
You are a strong communicator in English and German would be a plus.
Base Salary: $40-60K DOE with realistic on target earnings $100K-150K first year.
