We work with students in one-to-one or small group sessions. We provide services to schools and individual families. All sessions are virtual. Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a Reading Tutor. The Reading Tutor will be responsible for conducting reading sessions, assessing students' reading abilities, developing personalized reading plans, and tracking student progress.Tutoring will be provided within 7:30 AM-3:30 PM Tutors must focus on literacy skills Tutors must be trained professions Instruction must be research-based and aligned with the science of readingGrade level ranges across kindergarten through 5th gradeQualificationsStrong communication skills and patienceExperience in tutoring or teaching readingKnowledge of reading assessment tools and strategiesAbility to develop customized reading plans based on students' needs
