Supported by strategic grantmaking, product donations, cross‑brand collaboration, and strong employee volunteerism, Hershey offers a place to work where making a difference—locally and globally—is part of how we do business every day.Role Summary:Leads end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, AI‑enabled commercial technology programs on the Salesforce platform, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget execution while delivering measurable business value and building internal capabilities for long‑term independence.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead integrated program delivery across business, IS, data, platform, and external partner workstreams using Agile and SAFe methodologies, owning the critical path, RAID, and phase‑gate milestones from build through scaled deploymentDrive governance and executive communication, preparing and presenting steering committee updates, risk escalations, and value readouts to VP and C‑suite stakeholdersManage external consulting partners, including SOW adherence, milestone‑based invoicing, at‑risk fee governance, and change order management in partnership with ProcurementOwn the integrated resource plan across Hershey FTEs, GCC teams, and external partners, including capacity planning, onboarding, and pod allocationLead the knowledge transfer strategy, ensuring progressive capability handover from partners to internal teams with KT completion tied to contractual milestonesPartner with OCM leads to embed change management, training, and adoption tracking for large frontline user populationsEnsure A/B test design and value measurement are embedded, connecting execution metrics to the program business caseOperate in a two‑in‑a‑box model with the external partner delivery lead to drive joint accountability and rapid decision‑makingCollaborate across Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, Salesforce COE, and GCC to resolve cross‑stream dependenciesMinimum Requirements:Proven program management experience leading complex, multi‑vendor technology initiatives, including AI/ML, data platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise systemsStrong expertise in Agile and SAFe delivery practices, including PI planning, sprint execution, and backlog governanceDemonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into clear, executive‑ready communicationFinancial management experience, including budget oversight and outcome‑based vendor modelsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferredPMP, PgMP, SAFe certification, or equivalent preferredExperience in CPG, retail, field sales, or commercial technology environments preferredThe Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
