Chang’s rely on our top-ranked platform which now includes Zenput to manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, operational tasks and audits.About the roleThe Business Development team is responsible for driving pipeline growth, which ultimately drives revenue across both net new prospects and current customers. We take a value-oriented approach to working with our prospects, ensuring we are driving interest across the entire suite of Crunchtime products.As the Business Development Representative Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives to set introductory meetings and develop sales opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate with other business leaders to execute the identified strategy and deliver results against the stated goals. As a leader, you will also be responsible for the coaching and development of your team.What you’ll do as a BDR ManagerLead a team of 7+ Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to prospect, develop, and qualify leads resulting in high-quality opportunitiesFacilitate a culture of performance and accountability within the BDR teamCoach, develop and promote the next generation of Crunchtime sales leadersManage and achieve KPIs, quotas, and goalsWork closely with the VP of Sales and CMO to ensure lead quality and quantity meet requirements to support pipeline needsProvide detailed reporting on team’s activities and performance as well as accurate forecasts to leadershipCollaborate with leadership to identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business development growth and operational excellenceWork with marketing to drive new inbound business through campaigns and contentResponsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new BDRsWhat we are looking for 2+ years of business development leadership experience, preferably in B2B SaaSUnderstanding of outbound sales prospectingExperience hiring, on-boarding, and training BDRsA passion for coaching and developing othersOperational experience including defining process and territoriesExcellent written, oral communication and leadership skillsExperience creating sales assets including scripts, battle cards, and objection handling materialAbility to review KPI data to identify trends in execution and to create action plans if necessaryUnderstanding of Salesforce reports and dashboardsSelf-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environmentBachelors DegreeNice to havesData-oriented mindset, someone who is very comfortable looking at data to drive decisionsExperience working with solutions like Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HighspotSuccessful track record of leading BDR teams to exceed their goalsExperience working closely with the Marketing org to manage the lead hand-off process between Marketing and SalesWhat you’ll getGreat mission-driven team members from diverse backgrounds with a strong company cultureCompetitive payFlexible PTOPaid company holidaysYearly team off-sitesMedical, dental, and vision benefits (FSA, HSA & HRA options)Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance401k employer matchWellness benefitsCommuter benefitsWork in an open environment on solutions that are reshaping the way businesses operateFun team eventsAbility to have a big impact10 weeks of paid parental leaveFitness reimbursementLearning & development fundsEssential Physical & Mental Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a deskProlonged periods of typing and working at a computerAbility to listen and speak over the phone or Zoom callsHigh level of mental concentration and focusOther Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The reasonably estimated total cash compensation (base + variable) range for this full-time position will be $114,300 to $136,500.Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location.
