Emerging Enterprise Business Development Representative Manager

Chang’s rely on our top-ranked platform which now includes Zenput to manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, operational tasks and audits.About the roleThe Business Development team is responsible for driving pipeline growth, which ultimately drives revenue across both net new prospects and current customers. We take a value-oriented approach to working with our prospects, ensuring we are driving interest across the entire suite of Crunchtime products.As the Business Development Representative Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives to set introductory meetings and develop sales opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate with other business leaders to execute the identified strategy and deliver results against the stated goals. The reasonably estimated total cash compensation (base + variable) range for this full-time position will be $114,300 to $136,500.Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location.
