Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX/Miami, FL/Boston, MA(Hybrid). The candidate will work closely with cybersecurity and IT operations teams to ensure vulnerabilities seamlessly convert into actionable, trackable ServiceNow tickets.Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Lead Job Responsibilities IncludeDesign, develop, and validate ServiceNow integrations that automate the end‑to‑end vulnerability remediation lifecycle.Manage and enhance ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response modules to ensure accurate detection‑to‑ticket conversion.Build and optimize ServiceNow workflows and automation rules that streamline remediation, tracking, and reporting.Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams to align technical solutions with security requirements.Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements for data accuracy and workflow efficiency.Ensure all vulnerability tickets are actionable, trackable, and compliant with organizational governance and reporting standards.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.5–10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow SecOps.Proven expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and workflow management.Strong ability to design, develop, and support integrations that automate vulnerability remediation processes.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
