Overview In this role you guide the Xcelerator Agile Release Train to align stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of high-impact capabilities. You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and leadership to maximize value across the enterprise. You’ll shape PI planning, coach teams on SAFe/Agile practices, and proactively manage risks and dependencies. You drive transparency with metrics and lead retrospectives to push continuous improvement. This position offers impact at scale within Lockheed Martin’s engineering programs and Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem.
