Job Title: Commercial Operations AnalystJobsite Location: Austell, GAHybrid Schedule: Onsite 2 days a week 3 days remoteCompensation: $100-115k OverviewThe Commercial Operations Analyst drives profitable growth through analytics, pricing insights, and sales execution support. This role partners with Sales and Finance to improve commercial performance, optimize pipeline management, and enhance decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Analytics & StrategyAnalyze customer, product, and channel profitability to identify growth and margin opportunitiesAssess share of wallet and customer usage trends to uncover expansion opportunitiesPartner with Sales Leadership to support data-driven commercial strategyPricing & Margin OptimizationIdentify pricing, mix, and volume levers to expand marginSupport pricing decisions, deal evaluation, and discount governanceSalesforce (SFDC) & Pipeline ManagementManage pipeline reporting, stage movement, and closed-won KPIsEnsure data accuracy and hygiene (duplicates, stagnant opportunities, errors)Support improvements to pipeline governance, stage definitions, and approval workflowsDashboards & ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards for:Top growers / declinersPipeline by customer and AVPPipeline stage movement and conversionSupport internal sales calls and leadership reviews with SFDC analytics and reportingDeliver analytics for QBRs, customer meetings, and OpCo presentationsPerformance & ROIMeasure ROI of commercial initiatives and go-to-market executionAlign pipeline activity with revenue performance and key KPIsCommissionsSupport commissions reporting and analysis aligned to sales performanceQualifications2–5+ years in FP&A, commercial analytics, or sales operationsStrong Excel and data skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau and SalesforceAbility to turn data into actionable insights and influence stakeholdersWhat Success Looks LikeClear visibility into profitability and pipeline performanceImproved data quality and discipline in SalesforceActionable insights that drive revenue growth and margin expansion
