Role DescriptionThe Fabulous Fox Theatre is seeking a full-time, salaried Payroll Accountant to join our finance team. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and maintaining related accounting records.Primary Responsibilities include:• Processing bi-weekly payroll• Managing employee benefits, taxes, and other payroll deductions• Processing and reconciling employee benefit and tax payments• Importing payroll data into the general ledger• Performing general ledger account reconciliations• Completing bank reconciliationsQualifications• Prior experience with general ledger and payroll processing• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Accounting degree or equivalent relevant work experience• Proven ability to work effectively under deadlines• Proficiency with computer systems and accounting software
