Assistant General Manager

A high-energy, high-volume bar on the Lower East Side is looking for a hands-on Nightlife Manager to help lead a packed, fast-paced environment with a strong local following and a busy private events program. This role is all about being on the floor—driving service, managing a large team, coordinating events, and maintaining a fun, guest-focused atmosphere during peak hours and late nights.You will be reporting to the General Manager, Director of Operations/Ownership. Requirements: - 3+ years of management experience at a downtown NYC establishment - Strong leadership and guest relations skills - Passion for nightlife and hospitality - Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays - Comfortable in high-volume, event-driven environments - Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for 10+ hours Schedule: Thursday – Sunday (3 days off) More detail about Grey Lady NYC part of Grey Lady, please visit
