Company Description I originaly opened my first State Farm agency in 2013. I have spent the last 5.5 years in leadership. While inhave enjoyed leadership it is time for me to return to my roots of helping people. My new State Farm agency will be oppening April 1,2026 in New Lexington,Ohio. My agency will not only be helping our community with insurance, we will have a strong emphasis on financial services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist located in New Lexington, OH. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance products, including Auto,Fire Life and Health insurance, providing top-notch customer service, and meeting clients' insurance needs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential leads, building strong client relationships, assessing customer needs, preparing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction while fostering long-term partnerships with customers. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales.Strong skills in Customer Service and building customer relationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet sales goals and manage multiple client accountsState insurance license or willingness to obtain oneAbility to work collaboratively and thrive in a team-oriented environment
