We judge ourselves on our ability to innovate, drive efficiency and deliver excellence for our clientsPrimary ResponsibilitiesMonitor existing process execution to ensure completionExecute & review existing process QC reportsReview wiki and other documentation to understand existing processes purpose and stepsUpdate Wiki documentation to improve team documentationReview ETL QC reports and identify any data quality issuesRun existing scripts to update DWHPerform QC to ensure proper execution and completeness of DWHRun existing scripts to generate client reportsQC & review report providing feedback to internal customers & stakeholdersAssist with minor modifications & enhancements to reportsSave all work with careful documentation (for QC and future use)Responsibility Details Automate existing production codeAssist with development of ad-hoc reportsKnow all client file inputs for a campaign, understand which would be critical for campaign processing and how the fields within each file are used in the campaign and results reportingUnderstand the content of the data in the environment as well as basic usage of itUnderstand the basic account business objectives and different business terminologiesUnderstand the account basic business requirements and how it applies to the roleEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics or similar field requiredWork experience a plusDirect Marketing experience or knowledge a plusCertifications/Technical training are a plusJob SkillsSQL, Tableau, automation scheduling softwareMicrosoft Outlook, Word and ExcelOther SkillsStrong attention to detailAbility to communicate clearlySelf-motivatedStrong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environmentAt this time, DataLab USA and DataLab Digital Advertising will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, or another type of work authorization).DataLab USA™ is an equal opportunity employer.
