You’ll work across disciplines to deeply understand user behavior, define meaningful outcomes, and launch features that drive impact. This role is located in San Francisco, onsite 3 days a week.Lead product development across one or more surfaces: behavioral detection, user-facing interventions, dashboards, automation workflows, and enterprise controlsCollaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and leadership to prioritize the roadmap and deliver elegant, effective solutionsConduct user research with security leaders, analysts, and end users to understand challenges and uncover opportunitiesDefine and measure success metrics—balancing risk reduction, user adoption, and customer satisfactionWrite clear specs, user stories, and product briefs that bring focus and clarity to the teamStay informed on trends in security, behavior change, SaaS UX, and AI to continuously evolve the product visionAbout You 🏃You thrive in fast-paced environments, love turning ambiguity into clarity, and care deeply about the end-user experience—even in complex enterprise domains.3–7 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, analytics, or adjacent fieldsTechnically conversant—able to collaborate with engineers and data scientists to bring complex systems to lifeStrong user focus, with product intuition and a bias toward simple, elegant solutionsExcellent written and verbal communicator, especially when distilling complex problemsComfortable balancing long-term vision with iterative, fast-paced executionBonus: Experience working with behavioral analytics, AI/ML features, or security toolingWhy Join Fable 🚀Make a meaningful impact by helping reduce real-world security riskInfluence product direction and company culture from the earliest stagesBacked by top-tier investors and led by experienced operators in security and productJoin a mission-driven, collaborative team working on hard and important problems
