This opportunity offers uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives under pressure, moves with urgency, and is genuinely passionate about connecting people with the right roles.Job SummaryOwn the recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placementBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and referralsPartner consultatively with hiring managers and clients to deeply understand technical roles and team needsSource passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search, and creative outreach strategiesManage candidate relationships with a high-touch, responsive approach that reflects your personal brandOperate with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality in a performance-based environmentMinimum Requirements2-10 years of experience in recruiting, technical sourcing, or a people-facing roleDemonstrated track record of tenure and growth, with 2-3 years in recent roles strongly preferredProven success in a high-performance, metrics-driven recruiting or talent acquisition environmentStrong sourcing, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills across technical disciplinesCompetitive, financially motivated, and driven by uncapped earning potentialAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills — with both candidates and clientsSelf-starter with a hunter mentality — you build your pipeline, you don't wait for itCoachable and resilient, with the ability to adapt quickly and operate with autonomyPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for technical roles (software engineering, data, DevOps, infrastructure, etc.)Background in staffing, agency recruiting, or RPO environmentsFamiliarity with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn RecruiterDemonstrated ability to build and grow a candidate network within a technical verticalPrior experience in a commission-based, performance-reward cultureGenuine interest in technology, the hiring market, and helping candidates find the right fit
