With focus on four key platforms, our vision is to provide topnotch patient care partnered with innovative technology - to achieve better health outcomes.Shin Imaging provides a full range of diagnostic imaging services to meet the needs of all patients and referring physicians and utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide the best imaging possible.Essential Functions of a Sales SpecialistCoordinate the sales team and assist with recruiting and training new hires.Provide product demonstrations to staff and clients and take the lead in resolving complaints.Analyze sales team performance and schedule training/refresher sessions accordingly.Conduct market research and share findings with the team.Work alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.Set sales targets and implementing incentives.Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources so targets are met.Manage a network of vendors and suppliers.Maintain excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust and encourage the rest of the sales team to follow this example.Keep up-to-date with advancements in marketing.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in related field, or combination of education and experience.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar.Valid driver's license.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to think on your feet.Excellent customer service and leadership skills.Strong networking abilities.Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications.What We OfferHealth, Dental, & Vision Insurance401(k)Basic Life/AD&DDisability InsurancePaid Time OffEmployee Assistance ProgramPosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkFull-timeSalary$68,000 - $80,000 annuallyOther Duties
