The company is committed to growth and innovation to expand its service offerings.Responsibilities:Proactively research the market to identify new potential clients and partners.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring a high level of service.Negotiate commercial terms and conclude deals with clients and partners.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and business growth.Analyse market trends and competitive environment, suggest appropriate adjustments to strategies.Requirements:Experience in sales and business development, preferably in telecoms or construction.Experience in the US marketDemonstrated success in closing deals and achieving commercial objectives.Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.Ability to analyse market data and translate it into strategic decisions.Willingness to undertake frequent work travel and client meetings.About Koscom Cable Inc.We are an authorized contractor in the US working over 25 states.KCI provides technical staffing service to large communications, internet & media companies like Comcast, Spectrum, Verizon, AT&T, and others.
