The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities and fostering relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks will include driving sales growth, crafting personalized solutions for clients, developing strategies to meet revenue goals, and attending client meetings. This role will also involve market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and areas for expansion.QualificationsProven sales and business development skills, including experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generationCompetence in market research, strategic planning, and competitive analysisStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of the janitorial supplies industry or B2B sales is preferredProficiency with CRM tools and related sales management softwareBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageousSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid environmentFlexibility to travel locally within the Utica-Rome area as needed
