Looking to fill a need in California for Interventional Pain ManagementRate: 240 hourly / 9,600 weekly based on 40 hoursStart Date: May 1, 2024End Date: OngoingMust have active license in CA. A verification of the provider's active CA Fluoroscopy Permit is required Looking for a provider that can cover two weeks opposite of the other provider we have there. The provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the clinic setting. All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center. One MA will be assigned to work with the locum full-time.
