Senior Data Scientist II – Predictive Modeling & ML

We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist (Level II) to drive high-impact AI/ML initiatives in a regulated environment. This role focuses on predictive modeling, forecasting, and scalable ML solutions that directly influence business outcomes.You’ll work hands-on across the full lifecycle—from model development to production deployment—while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize machine learning models (classification, forecasting, deep learning)Develop scalable feature engineering pipelines using large, complex datasets (e.g., claims data)Convert models into production-ready pipelines with strong documentation and code qualityDeploy, monitor, and improve model performance in real-world environmentsTranslate business problems into data-driven solutionsCommunicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Required QualificationsMaster’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field5+ years of industry data science experience (academic work not counted)Strong experience in predictive modeling & forecastingProven track record of taking models from ideation to productionAdvanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWSDeep expertise in Machine Learning / Deep Learning techniquesExperience working with large, messy datasets PreferredExperience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industriesExposure to claims data or similar complex datasetsKnowledge of data privacy, governance, and complianceExperience with MLOps (deployment, automation, monitoring)Important This role focuses on classical ML & predictive modelingCandidates with only GenAI / LLM experience will not be a fitResume must clearly show business impact from models (forecasting, targeting, etc.)
