Brands like Chick-fil-A, GEICO, Ford, and Sports Clips already trust us to deliver their message inside that moment.We’re growing fast, and we need a hunter who can take our national digital inventory to the buyers who think in CPMs and geos — not mascots.THE OPPORTUNITYOur hyper-local sales team handles sponsorships tied to individual schools. This role is different. You will sell our digital advertising inventory — banner ads, pre-roll video, push notifications, and more — at a regional, statewide, or national scale. Your buyers are regional marketing managers, media agencies, and national brand teams who care about audience targeting and impression volume, not which school is playing Friday night.This is a wide-open territory with a compelling story to tell: a brand-safe, family-oriented, mobile-first audience that is deeply engaged and nearly impossible to reach anywhere else. If you know how to navigate a media agency, build a CPM proposal, and close a six-figure buy, we want to talk.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Prospect, pitch, and close regional and national advertising accounts through a consultative, CPM-based sales approach.• Build and present compelling media proposals to brand marketing teams, regional managers, and advertising agencies.• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring strong retention through regular communication and performance reviews.• Package our digital inventory — including mobile app/web banner placements, pre-roll video, and push notifications — into geo-targeted and audience-based buys.• Develop territory strategies for state-level buys, regional campaigns, or full national rollouts.• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, packaging, and new inventory development.• Track pipeline and activity in CRM; consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.• Represent Mascot Media at industry events and with agency partners as needed.WHO YOU ARE• A proven digital media seller: You have 3+ years of digital advertising or media sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota.• CPM-fluent. You understand the buy: You can walk a media buyer through a rate card, explain targeting parameters, and defend your CPM with audience data.• You have sold into agencies or regional brand teams and know how that process works from RFP to IO.• You are self-directed and thrive without a script — you can build your own pipeline, manage your own calendar, and close without hand-holding.• Mobile and app advertising experience is a strong plus.
