Welder Available Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday to Thursday Pay: $20 to $24 based on Experience Job Description: We are seeking a skilled welder to join our fabrication and assembly team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, welding, and testing metal components for a variety of industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, maintain equipment, and perform high-quality welding work with attention to safety and detail. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements Set up, operate, and maintain manual welding equipment Select proper welding materials and methods based on job specifications Use jigs, fixtures, clamps, and hand tools to align components accurately Perform welds that meet quality standards and perform visual inspections Adjust welding parameters and settings to meet production needs Follow all workplace safety procedures and protocols Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of manufacturing prints and production processes Basic math and computer skills Ability to read measuring tools like tape measures and calipers Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-core welding methods Experience using a variety of electrical and manual hand tools Strong attention to detail while maintaining productivity Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot Willingness and ability to learn new welding methods and test equipment Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 70 lbs.
