In this role, you will combine people analytics, dashboard development, and product thinking to build scalable insights solutions and improve how we understand and act on employee feedback.What You'll DoBuild and develop scalable dashboards (e.g., Power BI or code-/AI-based tools) for employee insightsDesign data models reflecting complex organizational structures and hierarchiesDesign and automate data pipelines and reduce manual processesEnsure data quality through validation frameworks and consistent governanceTranslate data into clear and actionable insightsWork with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and org management toolsAnalyze and improve existing processes for scalability and efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadershipSupport decisions on tools, data architecture, analytics setup, and UXDrive innovation using modern analytics approaches, including AI and automationQualificationsWho You AreDegree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in people analytics, BI, or data product rolesStrong experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI or code-/AI-based tools)Solid understanding of data modeling and organizational data structuresExperience with data pipelines, automation, and data quality managementFamiliarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)Experience with Git or similar version control tools and reproducible workflowsStrong data storytelling and dashboard UX skillsAdditional InformationPlease be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
