Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer based in Easthampton, MA. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, and setting up machining processes. This role involves collaboration with the production team to ensure precise, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing outcomes, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining machining equipment. Adhering to safety and quality standards is an integral aspect of the position. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for complex machining operationsExperience with Technical Drawing interpretation and understanding design specificationsSkills in Machining and Milling, including operation and setup of equipmentStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in manufacturing processesFamiliarity with CAD/CAM software is a plusExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in CNC programming or machining are preferred
