SAP Integration Lead

Job RequirementsLead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentServe as the primary integration architect between SAP EWM and connected systems including SAP S/4HANA, MES, WMS, and third-party logistics platformsTranslate complex business and operational requirements into scalable SAP EWM functional and technical specificationsLead and support system validation activities (CSV) including URS, FS, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5 guidelinesManage and execute data migration strategies for warehouse master data, stock transfers, and inventory balances during system cutoversPartner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QA, and IT stakeholders to align EWM configuration with business processes and regulatory requirementsOversee and manage third-party SI partners, developers, and offshore resources across project workstreamsDrive testing strategy and execution — unit testing, integration testing, UAT — and manage defect resolution cyclesDevelop and maintain functional specifications for custom enhancements, interfaces, and reports (RICEF objects)Support go-live activities, hypercare periods, and post-implementation optimization effortsContribute to SOPs, work instructions, and end-user training materials tied to SAP EWM workflowsJob QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field7+ years of SAP WM or EWM configuration and implementation experience, with at least 2 full project lifecycle deploymentsStrong hands-on expertise in core EWM functionality — warehouse structure, storage types, transfer orders, putaway/picking strategies, and goods movementExperience integrating SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or external systems via IDocs, BAPIs, or APIsWorking knowledge of computer system validation (CSV) requirements in a regulated pharma or biotech environment — 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder alignment across IT and business functionsStrong documentation skills — functional specs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and traceability matricesAbility to translate operational warehouse and supply chain processes into SAP system design
