In this role, you'll deliver that confidence to strategic partners by being the steady point of contact who keeps work moving, communication clear, and issues resolved.Why you'll like this roleYou enjoy being the person people trust to own the details and close the loopYou like work that blends relationship-building + operational executionYou appreciate a culture grounded in family, trust & partnership, and urgency & professionalismWhat you'll doOwn partner communication for assigned strategic accounts, providing proactive, clear updatesCoordinate with departments across the organization, vendors, and support teams to keep execution alignedManage orders (standard, special, drop ship) and exceptions (backorders, substitutions, bill-and-hold, special handling, freight constraints)Resolve time-sensitive issues tied to orders, freight, products, and AR; escalate recurring issues appropriatelyValidate order accuracy and communicate status and resolution clearly to partnersSupport promotions outreach and partner planning using dashboards/reporting toolsSupport ForeSight users with basic troubleshooting and guided escalation; document recurring issues and help improve processesPerform other related duties as assignedWhat success looks like in your first 90 daysYou have built working relationships with internal teams and assigned partnersYou understand order flow, systems, and escalation pathsPartners experience consistent communication and follow-through aligned with FORSHAW's valuesRequirementsQualificationsExperience in customer service, account support, operations, or a related roleStrong communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive workProfessionalism, accountability, attention to detail; comfort collaborating across teamsFamiliarity with ERP/order tools/support platforms preferred, such as Outlook, Teams, and dashboardsProfessional pest management product knowledge or industry experience preferredPhysical requirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerRegular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers)Ability to move throughout the office as needed to collaborate with internal teamsAbility to occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
