Our firm culture values efficiency, innovation, and accountability.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our in-house IT operations and support our collections and legal teams. This role will own IT strategy, systems management, and process automation, ensuring that our technology infrastructure aligns with firm goals and drives efficiency across multiple states. The ideal candidate has a background in law firm or collections IT, strong management experience, and is comfortable optimizing workflow and reporting systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage IT team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.Maintain, configure, and optimize all firm IT systems, including case management software (Bloodhound preferred) and supporting applications.Drive automation initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual work.Collaborate with department heads to design, implement, and monitor KPIs and operational reports.Support client audits and internal reporting requirements through reliable system access and data management.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing disruption to firm operations.Maintain IT security protocols and ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and legal regulations.Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions to improve firm-wide efficiency.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of IT experience, ideally in a law firm or collections environment.Demonstrated management experience, leading teams and projects.Experience with case management or collections software (Bloodhound or similar).Strong understanding of workflow optimization, automation, and KPI reporting.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work with executives, department heads, and staff across multiple locations.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred; certifications a plus.Benefits:Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Basic life insurance & LTD Paid time off & paid holidays 401(k) with matching Why Join Us:Opportunity to lead IT in a growing, multi-state law firm.Direct impact on operational efficiency and firm success.Collaborative culture with supportive leadership.Competitive compensation and benefits package.How to Apply:Please send your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your relevant experience and interest in the role to Angelina Wilczynski at aaw@dlflaw.com.
