This is an entry-level role with training provided, designed for candidates who are interested in developing a career in financial services while working directly with clients.ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients virtually to discuss their financial goals and needsProvide general education on financial concepts and available solutionsAssist clients in implementing appropriate financial strategiesMaintain ongoing communication and follow-up with clientsParticipate in training sessions and professional developmentCollaborate with team members to support client service effortsTraining & DevelopmentNo prior experience is required. We provide a structured training program to help you develop the skills needed to work with clients and understand financial service offerings.This is a performance-based role. Compensation varies depending on activity and production.This position is structured as a full-time role. Flexible scheduling may be available based on performance and licensing progress.This position requires obtaining a state financial services license. The company provides guidance and support throughout the licensing process.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside within the U.S.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and organizedAbility to pass a standard background check, as required for licensingWillingness to complete required licensing within a reasonable timeframe
