The Customer Service Representative position offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with customers while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team within a well-established Nashville organization.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure timely and accurate resolutionsIntake customer orders and ensure accurate processing from start to finishProvide knowledgeable support regarding products, services, policies, and account informationMaintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to escalate issues, resolve problems, and improve customer experienceProcess returns and account updates accurately and efficientlyDeliver exceptional service by demonstrating a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented attitudeSupport administrative tasks and assist with special projects as neededUphold company standards for service quality, compliance, and customer satisfactionQualifications:A bachelor’s degree, preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in customer service or client-facing rolesStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work onsite in Nashville 5 days per weekProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ticketing systemsHigh level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
