A company is looking for a Program Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Manage performance, including coaching, mentoring, and employee evaluations Act as a liaison between the Program Manager and the team, ensuring effective communication Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and productivity reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a service-driven environment Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit methodologies and payment systems Strong initiative and work ethic Ability to lead in a dynamic environment
