You’ll own the strategy and execution across our platform, working directly with the founders, engineering, and customers.This is a rare opportunity to shape the product direction of a fast-growing, AI-native startup. The ideal candidate has taken products from 0→1, is comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments, and has experience (or strong interest) in AI/ML-driven products.What You’ll Do • Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. • Lead discovery with enterprise customers and translate insights into actionable product requirements. • Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to ship high-impact features quickly and iteratively. • Balance short-term execution with long-term vision, prioritizing effectively in a resource-constrained environment. • Define success metrics and establish product development best practices. • Represent product in customer, partner, and investor conversations. • Build and eventually scale a world-class product team.What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in product management • Proven track record of taking products from 0→1 and scaling in a startup or high-growth environment. • Experience with B2B SaaS, workflow automation, or enterprise software. • AI/ML experience strongly preferred (either building or productizing AI technologies). • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across teams and stakeholders. • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, bias to action, and focus on outcomes.Why BackOps • Build the product vision for a company redefining global supply chain operations. • Work with a small, high-performing team where your impact is immediate. • Backed by incredible investors and advisors. • Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits.
