Software Development Manager

Overview In this role you lead a high-performing engineering team focused on electronic execution within WorldQuant’s global trading platform. You’ll partner with the software architect to align delivery with a research-driven, results-oriented culture. You’ll translate complex ideas into actionable tasks and champion engineering best practices across teams. You will shape the technical direction for scalable, best-in-class platforms and help the team navigate cross-functional challenges.
