We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our Power & Climate Solutions business by building customer relationships and delivering tailored equipment solutions across multiple industries.In this role, you’ll leverage your consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide solutions including temporary power generation, climate control systems, and specialty rental equipment. The ideal candidate is motivated, relationship-focused, and experienced in outside sales within construction, industrial, or equipment-related environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive branch revenue growth through exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge across power generation and climate control equipmentDevelop new business through outbound calls, site visits, and relationship-building effortsPresent turnkey rental and service solutions to prospective customersPartner with technical teams to support site assessments, equipment sizing, project planning, quotes, and customer supportPromote additional product and service offerings to existing accountsDeliver sales presentations and equipment demonstrationsSupport collections and invoice follow-up activities when neededTrack sales activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions using CRM toolsPerform additional responsibilities as assignedEquipment & Solutions May IncludeSilenced diesel generatorsAir-cooled chillersPortable air-conditioning systemsElectric heating equipmentDesiccant dehumidifiersLoad banksTemporary power distribution systemsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience3+ years of outside sales experienceExperience in construction, industrial equipment, HVAC, power generation, or related industries preferredStrong ability to sell technical or solution-based productsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities preferredAbility to support moderately complex equipment solutions and projectsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platformsValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordCompensation & Additional InformationBase salary plus performance-based monthly commission structureGuaranteed monthly incentive during onboarding/training periodSalary range: $70,000 – $110,000Professional business attire requiredPosition classified as safety-sensitive under company policiesFor immediate consideration, please reach out to William Spengler at wspengler@hirewithfox.com or reach out to Will Spengler on LinkedIn
