Program Manager

Job Description This position is responsible for all engineering and technical oversight associated with assigned capital projects developed and executed by the respective department within GPFS. Duties include development of engineering contracts, control of project design, compliance with industry standards, QA/QC, and management of engineering budgets & schedules. For assigned projects, this position leads engineering for scoping, study, design, procurement, construction, and ensures replication of engineering solutions.
