Accounting Advisory Consultant | Big 4 Audit Background

We are partnering with a high-growth advisory firm seeking Big 4 Audit professionals ready to transition out of traditional audit into strategic accounting and finance advisory work.This opportunity is ideal for candidates who:✔ Have completed 3+ busy seasons in external audit✔ Come from PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG✔ Have strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting experience✔ Have worked with large public companies, SEC registrants, or Fortune 1000 clients✔ Want exposure beyond recurring audit cyclesYou’ll work directly with CFOs and finance leaders on:• Technical accounting• Financial reporting• SEC / SOX readiness• IPO and transaction support• M&A and restructuring projects• Controllership advisory initiativesTarget Profile:• 3–6 years total experience• Audit Senior / Senior Associate / Assurance Senior / early Audit Manager• External audit background only• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred• Florida-based or open to relocationCompensation & Benefits:💰 $100K–$120K base salary💰 30% guaranteed bonus paid monthly for first 2 years💰 Additional bonuses for travel / extra hours💰 Full benefits package💰 $5K relocation support❌ Not aligned backgrounds:Internal Audit | Tax-only | FP&A | ERP/SAP | Industry-only accounting | BookkeepingLocation (MANDATORY)Currently located in Florida or open to working in:MiamiFort LauderdaleBoca RatonTampaIf you’re a Big 4 auditor looking to leverage your technical accounting foundation in a more strategic, project-driven consulting environment, I’d love to connect.
