Senior GRC Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior GRC Analyst for an on-site contract in San Antonio, TX.Responsibilities: The GRC Analyst III will report to the head of Cyber Risk Management and Compliance and is a senior-level cybersecurity professional responsible for leading enterprise governance, risk, and compliance efforts. This role ensures regulatory alignment, drives risk-informed decision-making, and integrates security controls into business and technology operations while serving as a key advisor to leadership, audit, and regulatory stakeholders. The position serves as a primary interface among cybersecurity, legal, audit, and executive leadership, ensuring the organization remains compliant with applicable frameworks while effectively managing cyber risk.Minimum Qualifications:6–10+ years of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or audit experienceBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or BusinessDevelop, maintain, and enforce enterprise cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned to frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53, CJIS, HIPAA, and PCI-DSSEstablish and maintain control frameworks, control matrices, and compliance mappingsEnsure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and security strategyLead enterprise-wide cyber risk assessmentsServe as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, including regulators and third-party assessors Oversee implementation and effectiveness of security controls across IT, cloud, and business systemsLead vendor risk assessments, including due diligence and ongoing monitoringEvaluate third-party compliance with contractual and regulatory requirementsProvide recommendations for risk mitigation, contractual controls, and security requirementsLead security awareness and training programsDrive continuous improvement of the GRC programMentor junior analysts and advise leadershipPreferred Qualifications:CISSPCRISCCISACIPP/US; CIPM; CIPTCHPSPCI (ISA or QSA) What We Offer:Sistema offers competitive pay and solid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
