Fiberglass Laminator/Assembler
Primary Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Assemble fiberglass tanks and components using hand and power tools Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Adhere to all NOV company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance, and Operational Guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Job DutiesRead and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Work overtime and flexible shifts, including day or night schedules, as needed Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement for 8–12 hours per day Lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Maintain a safety-first mindset while working collaboratively with team members Education And QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred (not required) Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred Familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed Ability to work day or night shift Veterans WelcomeAt NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
