Treasury Operations Analyst

TREASURY OPERATIONS ANALYSTReports to: ManagerCompensation: $32.00 - $38.00 per hourEssential Functions:Supports daily treasury operations, including preparation of cash movement requests related to funding and payment activityPrepare and process wire, ACH, and other payment requests in accordance with company policies and approval requirementsProcess accounts payable payments through Ramp, including vendor payment setup, payment preparation/verification, approval tracking, and maintenance of supporting documentation.Ensure Ramp cards and Expensify employee report activity is properly supported, coded, approved, and aligned with policyMaintain accurate payment documentation, including support, approvals, bank confirmations and related audit trailPartner with other departments to ensure timely and accurate funding, payment, and reimbursement activityAssist with cash account reconciliations, and research reconciling items or transaction discrepanciesPerform other duties as assignedCompetencies/Skills:Strong attention to detailStrong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlinesAbility to handle confidential banking, vendor, and employee payment information with discretionEffective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external partnersDemonstrates accountability, follow-through, and sound judgment in preparing work that is accurate, complete, and well-supportedProcess-oriented mindset with the ability to follow procedures and identify opportunities to improve workflowsEducation and Experience:1-3+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, accounting, banking, payment processing or finance operationsExperience with AP and expense management platforms or similar systems preferredFinancial services, mortgage lending, real estate finance, or private credit experience a plusExperience with AP and expense management platforms such as Ramp, Expensify, Bill.com, Concur, or similar systems preferred
