E-Commerce Assistant

Job Title: E-commerce AssistantWe are looking for a motivated and detail oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team full time in New York City. This is an in person role supporting three swimwear brands across e-commerce, social media, customer service, and Shopify product setup.This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is excited to be hands on with both creative and operational work.What You’ll DoManage social media posting across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram for three brand websitesAssist with basic content creation using an iPhoneSupport daily customer service emails for approximately 1 to 2 hours per dayHelp merchandise the websites by sorting products and applying tagsAssist with creating products in Shopify, including writing product descriptions and uploading imagesWork closely with the team on day to day e-commerce needs and help keep projects organized and moving forwardWhat We’re Looking For1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion, swimwear, or a related fieldExperience with Shopify strongly preferredComfortable using Canva, Google Sheets, and ExcelStrong writing skills and a good eye for product presentationAble to multitask and stay organized in a fast moving environmentMotivated, detail oriented, and a team playerFashion or swimwear experience is a plusRole DetailsFull timeIn person in New York City40 hours per weekSalary Range- $21.65-$24.04 p/h based on experienceAmerex Group does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
