Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you will be the face of Boost Mobile, assisting customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include sales, customer service, and store operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Performance: Promote and sell Boost Mobile products and services, including phones, accessories, and service plans. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boost Mobile's offerings and industry trends to effectively educate customers. Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using the point-of-sale system. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to company standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; wireless industry experience a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
