Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based emergency care to pediatric patients
Supervise and educate residents, fellows, and medical students
Collaborate with nursing, advanced practice providers, and subspecialty teams
Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and operational initiatives

Associate Program Director (APD), PEM Fellowship
Contribute to curriculum development, fellow mentorship, and ACGME-accredited program leadership
Engage in scholarly activity and educational innovation

Site Director – Upcoming Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
Play a foundational role in the development and operational leadership of a new trauma center
Partner with institutional leaders on clinical workflows, staffing models, and quality metrics

Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
