Robotics/Coding Instructor

Duties Plan and deliver interactive robotics and coding lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels Create a fun, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and exploration Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques Assist students with hands-on projects involving robotics kits, programming software, and electronic components Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support growth Collaborate with parents, guardians, and fellow educators to ensure a cohesive learning experience Maintain safety standards by implementing proper childcare protocols and first aid procedures when necessary Skills Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment Experience in teaching or tutoring children in STEM subjects or related fields Knowledge of robotics platforms (such as LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Robotics) and coding languages (like Scratch, Python) Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with special education needs Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly Familiarity with behavior management strategies and childhood development principles Childcare experience or background in early childhood education is highly desirable Certifications in first aid, child safety, or Christian counseling are a plus but not required This role is perfect for energetic educators passionate about inspiring the next generation of innovators!
