Role Description We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Chicopee, MA, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to tackle complex problems in defense and intelligence. Daily tasks include building predictive models, processing and analyzing large-scale datasets, optimizing algorithms, collaborating cross-functionally with engineers and analysts, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of systems implemented for high-stakes operational environments. Qualifications Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques, algorithm development, and predictive modelingExperience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++Proficiency in working with toolkits like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML librariesAbility to process, analyze, and derive insights from large, complex datasetsKnowledge of data preprocessing, data cleaning, and dataset preparationFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools like DockerUnderstanding of software development best practices, agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git)Problem-solving mindset with analytical and critical-thinking abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearlyAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to dynamic project requirementsU.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of defense-related workPreferred: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fieldPreferred: Prior experience working within the defense or intelligence sector
